Chinese SamosasIngredients:o ½ a duck (pre-cooked)o 100grams of bean sproutso 1 packet of filo pastryo 1 small carroto 50 grams of buttero 1 egg
Equipment:o 1 gratero 2 microwavable potso 2 pastryo 2 small bowlso 1 fork
1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees2) Grate your carrot3) Take out your filo pastry, taking a sheet at a time4) Melt your butter in the microwave5) Take a sheet a brush on some butter and fold it in half6) Put your filling in the middle, and pull up all your corners and scrunch them together
to form a filo parcel7) Repeat these steps until you have used all your filling or pastry8) Separate your egg9) Whisk your egg yolk and brush on to your samosas as a glaze10)Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy11) Serve!!!!!!!
