Chinese Samosas Ingredients: o ½ a duck (pre-cooked) o 100grams of bean sprouts o 1 packet of filo pastry o 1 small carrot o 50 grams of butter o 1 egg Equipment: o 1 grater o 2 microwavable pots o 2 pastry o 2 small bowls o 1 fork 1) Preheat oven to 200 degrees 2) Grate your carrot 3) Take out your filo pastry, taking a sheet at a time 4) Melt your butter in the microwave 5) Take a sheet a brush on some butter and fold it in half 6) Put your filling in the middle, and pull up all your corners and scrunch them together to form a filo parcel 7) Repeat these steps until you have used all your filling or pastry 8) Separate your egg 9) Whisk your egg yolk and brush on to your samosas as a glaze 10)Cook in the oven for about 10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy
