What is Chinese Checkers?• Chinese Checkers is a board
game that is also a popular Chinese pastime
• It was created in Germany as a game called "Stern-Halma", which was called "Hop Ching Checkers" in the US and later "Chinese Checkers" by the Pressman Company
• In the game, there are 2-6 different color teams that play at once (except 5)

How to Play
• Objective: Get all ten pieces to the opposite side (to fill the triangle)
• Pieces can either be moved by...• A single move to adjacent hole in any
direction (green piece)• A hop or multiple hops over adjacent
pieces, including their pieces or their opponent's pieces (red pieces)
• With 2 or more players, the players can make the game more fun by creating teams, or even playing for more than one color.

Variations• Fast-paced, or Super Chinese Checkers is
played where hops can be made over multiple empty spaces and hop over non-adjacent spaces
• Capture Chinese Checkers is similar to checkers, where you hop over other pieces to capture them, but the person with the most pieces wins
• Also, all color pieces are used in the capture mode, and all players can use any pieces they want
