SPRING FESTIVAL

Page 3: China

It is the most important festival for the Chinese people and it is when all family members get together, just like Christmas in the West.

Before the New Year comes, people completely clean the indoors and outdoors of their homes as well as their clothes, bedclothes and all their utensils.

They also begin decorating their rooms featuring an atmosphere of festivity with the Chinese calligraphy pasted on all the doors panels, to wish for a bright future and good luck for the New Year.
