A PLAYFUL ALPHABET FITNESS® PROGRAM for KIDS

This activity book is a playful way to introduce children to fun, yoga-like stretches as they form the 26 letters of the alphabet with their full body. When bodies expand their motor capacities brains become more learning adaptable.
