VENUE SYNOPSIS The striking purple building, designed by Mexico City-based architect Ricardo Legorreta, opened in 1990 and since then has welcomed over 5 million visitors. Its unique environment provides a stimulating backdrop for private events and corporate functions. The spacious layout, with over 100 interactive exhibits, effortlessly engages guests, making it a place to easily mix and mingle with merriment. Located just a few blocks from the Convention Center and with a Light Rail Station on its doorstep, the Children’s Discovery Museum is a wonderful venue for the young and young-at-heart alike.
