Chicken Mushroom Cream Soup Serves 4 Ingredients 8 Chicken breast fillets 1 Small onion Olive oil 1 - 2 Clove garlic 300g Mushroom 250ml Evaporated milk Pepper and salt Parsley Instructions 1. Clean the mushroom, chop and save them in a bowl. 2. Peel the onion and garlics and chop them. Then fry the onion and garlics until be toasted. 3. Add the half of mushroom to the onion and garlics, wait from 3 to 5 minutes. Then add the evaporated milk and grind with the beater. Add pepper and salt. Finally save the mixture. 4. In a frying pan fry the chicken breast with the rest of mushroom until the chicken be toasted, use a bit olive oil. 5. Add the previous mixture to chicken and let them cook for 20 minutes.
