1kg Chicken3 cups wheat/dalia1 cup mixed lentils1 1/2 cup Yogurt1/2 cup Ghee1/2 cup oil5 Tbsp GG1 Tbsp Chilli Pwdr1/2 Tsp Turmeric1 Tsp Garam Masala1/2 Tsp Pepper Pwdr2-3 Cinnamon2-3 Cardamam10 Green Chillies1/4 Cup Corriander1/4 cup Mint1 Cup Onions1/2 Cup CashewSaltLemon--------------Chicken (10 min/3 whistles + Sim for 20mins, Cool, Shred, Keep Stock Aside)2 Tbsp GG1 Tbsp Salt2 Tbsp Chilli Pwdr1 Tsp Garam Masala1/2 Tsp Turmeric-------------------------Dalia/Wheat (8-10 cups of water + mint + Curry Leaves, Cool and Blend)1 Tbsp GG1 Tsp Pepper Pwder20 Tbsp Green Chillies1/2 Tsp Garam Masala1/4 Tsp Turmeric------------------- Heat Oil and Ghee and Saute Dry Spices - After 5min Saute Chicken- After 10min Add Curd- After 10min add Water/Stock (about 3-4 cups)- After 5min Add Dalia/Wheat- Keep stirring for another 15 to 30min , add ghee if necessary
