Company HistoryThe history of the Chiappa Group began in 1958, when Ezechiele (Oscar) Chiappa opened his company and called it Armi Sport. Initialy an artisanal workshop, the company has grown over the years to become an industrial group, still wholly owned by Chiappa family.

12The 6” barrel models come with both rails on top and bottom to easily mount optics as well as lights or lasers. The snag resistant “hammer” is actually a cocking device because of the Rhino’s innovative completely enclosed firing mechanism which can be fired either single or double action. A cocked indicator is clearly visible to indicate the internal hammer status. Another innovation is the hexagonal cylinder which keeps the revolver’s width to a mini-mum. The 6” barrel models come with both rails on top and bottom to easily mount optics as well as lights or lasers.

20The lever action .22lr is an American classic. Chiappa continues this legacy by using modern technology and materials to produce the LA322. This beautiful rimfire is as attractive as it is functional. Accurate, quick handling and rapid shooting, the LA322 embodies all the qualities that Americans want in a lever action rifle. A 3/8” dovetail is machined into the top of the receiver so optics are easily added for small game hunting or plinking. Another coveted feature is the take down design letting the shooter easily and quickly separate the buttstock from the action for easy transport and storage. Chiappa’s LA322 is available in various models to suit any need or desire.

This no nonsense lever action carbine is built for hard use and harsh environments. The matte hard chrome finish is attractive, durable and resists corrosion. Further adding performance and function, the stocks are coated with Chiappa’s black soft touch coating. This makes the stock easier to grip and protection from the elements. Based on the original M6, Chiappa’s improved version has updated features to meet the needs of today’s shooters and is available in 12ga/.22lr,12ga/.22WMR, 20ga/.22lr or 20ga/.22WMR combinations. All new models have interchangeable choke tubes for maximum versatility. Barrels can be fired quickly and selectively, each having its own trigger. Chiappa’s M1-22 creates the look and feel of the venerable USGI M1 Carbine but chambered in the inexpensive and easy to shoot .22lr. A great .22 rimfire rifle in its own right, the M1-22 has the same overall dimensions as the original adding the fun and attractiveness of this carbine. Available in either wood or polymer, the stocks are interchangeable with genuine M1 Carbines. The trigger group and safety also are patterned after the original and look and function in the same manner. Like the original, the M1-22 has a sliding rear sight and winged front sight, as well as a dovetail machined on top of the front and rear receiver rings. Each M1-22 comes with two 10 round magazines.

46Designed by Christopher Miner Spencer, the Spencer rifle gained fame after being adopted by the Union Army during the American Civil War. A manually operated lever action fed from a tube magazine in the buttstock, the Spencer rifle was a vast improvement over the muzzleloading rifles being used during the war. Chiappa Firearms reproduction is manufactured from precision CNC parts precisely joined to beautiful, hand oiled walnut stocks. Color case finish receivers are joined to precision rifle barrels with a blued finish. Chiappa Firearms makes Spencer rifles in the original 56/50 or in the more easily obtained 45Colt.

American Civil War reenactors or history enthusiasts can now own accurate, faithful reproductions of some of the most famous arms used in conflict between the Union and Confederacy. All of the Chiappa Firearms' muzzleloaders pay attention to historical details such as barrel bands, ramrods and sights, with hand oiled walnut stocks. The 1842 Musket, originally manufactured in Springfield and Harpers Ferry, and the 1861 Springfield have barrel and locks in a white finish.
