Master Plan Purpose + Vision• Do not encroach into Cherry
Creek• Cherry Creek South Drive will
remain a two-lane road • New sidewalk should be
detached • Provide additional on-street
parking• Raised Landscape medians
should be minimized• Road must be designed to meet
minimum lane widths and clearance requirements of fire department and emergency vehicles.
