Third Party Consultant appointed to evaluate the project viability.

Upon the positive assessment by the Consultant, Offering Documents are prepared and a Special Purpose Entity is registered to act as the Issuer.

The services of a Bond Counsel is retained to review the offering documents;

A Rating Agency is approached to provide recognized industry rating.

A Third Party Guarantee is obtained to cover the Notes.

Assuming the rating is acceptable to guarantor, the guarantee is issued, and the Underwriter/Placement Agent proceeds to sell the Notes to the Investors.
