What we do

The principal activities of the Company is maintaince on

industrial installations as well as repairs of machinery and

equipment, construction and assembling services and the

general implementation of the projects. Wide range of

company services completes the machining of metal parts

and diagnostics of machines and industrial equipment.

Company carries out its services primarily in the

chemical, petrochemical, energy and environment

protection segments.

Within each segment, the company offers the following services:

• Supervision of the machinery, equipment and installation.

• Monitoring of the machinery and equipment working conditions.

• Machines and installations troubleshooting.

The story so farIn 1998, as a result of the Oświęcim Chemical Factory privatization

process we became a separate economic entity, taking the legal

form of a limited liability company. After an ownership changes in

2007, company became a joint-stock firm. Since that time the

company began to implement development strategies outlined by

the Management Board, which assumed new markets for services.

Stock ExchangeA key moment in the history of the company was the debut

of the parallel market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange in 2008.

In 2010-2012 the company issued new shares and received

about 14.000.000 € from the stock investors.

Capital GroupCHEMOSERVIS-DWORY Group was established on October 1st,

2009 as a result of the acquisition by the company of a 100% stake

in the Zakład Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o. based in Dąbrowa

Górnicza. In 2010, the Group increased as a consequence of

another acquisition - K-Protos a.s. based in Kralupy on the Vltava

(Czech Republic). In July 2012 company decided to acquire of a

majority stake in Bydgoszcz company MD-PROECO Sp. z o.o.

Zakład Energetyczny ZEN Sp. z o.o. - its core operates at two facilities

located in Dabrowa Górnicza and Świętochłowice. The company

performs work in the field of electricity and energy in the renovation,

modernization and the periodic inspection of machinery and

equipment, as well as building new construction.

Capital Group

K-Protos a.s. - provides comprehensive services in the field of

electrical engineering and maintenance for the chemical and

petrochemical industries in their branches in the Czech Republic

in the Kralupy on Vltava , Neratowice and Kolin.

Capital Group

MD-PROECO Sp. z o.o. – provides disposal services for hazardous

and non-hazardous waste for industrial customers and

institutions. For the thermal disposal company accepts solid

waste, liquid and pasty. The company also deals with the

recovery of energy from all type of waste.

accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001, certified

by TÜV Rheinland and StavCert.

in accordance to the ISO 9001 standards.

• All employees are obliged to follow ISO 9001

procedures and related job descriptions.

• The ISO audits are regularly carried out by TÜV

Rheinland and StavCert.

• Project management procedures and workflow planning

are performed with support of the MS Project software

and other electronic tools.

Health and safety standards• Health procedures: the company fulfills all necessary

requirements of the Polish Labor Code and related EU regulations. Employees are periodically checked by medical doctors and work conditions are constantly monitored. Employees with no valid medical permission are not allowed to work.

• Safety procedures: the company annually performs „Professional Risk” evaluation to identify all related dangerous factors and risks at all work positions. That allows to minimize safety risks and losses related to unpredictable situations.

• Environment protection: the company operates conform all related environmental requirements and obligations, holds necessary permits for waste generation and monitors current waste management. Waste reports are submitted regularly to relevant authorities.
