In Nov 2017, Everstone Capital acquired a controlling stake in Chemopharm Sdn Bhd

Everstone is a South East Asian and Indian Private Equity company with over USD 4 billion in asset management. It was voted Private Equity International’s Asia mid-market firm of the Year in 2016 and 2017

Everstone acquired Chemopharm under a new platform, Everlife, set up with a charter to be Asia’s leading distribution company in the Analytical, Life Science and Medical Devices sectors
