Griep’s favorite featuresAllows “all or nothing” automatic scoring option in which unanswered

questions automatically receive 0 points and answered questions receive full points. A quick examination of each response allows the instructor to adjust as necessary.

Clicking the Update Scores button causes the scores to be updated and then automatically advanced to the next user

This is cool, so why haven’t I ever heard about it?What are the uses for niobium or scandium

How does niobium strengthen steel? Why is niobium so rare? What determines the value of precious metals, gemstones, minerals, and ores? How did they find the niobium deposits in Nebraska; or anywhere for that matter? How did this large deposit of elements form in Nebraska? What other elements are found in Nebraska? How are the ores extracted from the soil?

How are the elements extracted from ores? Is there a cost-effective way to extract the ore?

Why was everyone so eager to allow disruption the area and its church? How much were the local landowners offered as payment?

Where do I send my money? What has NioCorp done to attract investors so far?

Why is hard to find investorsWhat are the market forces and how have they changed?

What are the environmental impacts of miningWhat will be the effects on local agriculture?

What will happen next in the process?

1. It’s never too late to include a safe and civil discourse statement in the syllabus. The syllabus is your contract with your students. Include a clear statement about expectations for safe and civil behavior in the course.

For example: “An inclusive learning environment is where diverse perspectives are recognized, and respected. Conversations in this course must be respectful and civil. According to our Student Code of Conduct, speech that is abusive, harassing, intimidating, or coercive is prohibited. Students who engage in such speech will be asked to leave the classroom and further disciplinary actions may be taken.”

“Civil Discourse” memo from EVCAA Plowman on 21 Feb 2018 Thank You!!Excited!
