2000 multi-membered N-heterocycles multi-membered N-heterocycles R 0690 11 - 153 Condensed-Purines Syntheses of Tetrahydro-1,4-diazepino[1,2,3- gh]purin-2-one and Hexahydro-1,4-diazocino[1,2,3-gh]purin-2-one. — Ongoing studies in the field of PDE 4 inhibitory compounds lead to the synthesis of the title novel derivatives such as (V). None of the substances show inhibitory activity against, PDE 1, PDE 3, or PDE 4.
