Chemical Injection

1. During Commissioning of HP Separator first fill up the HP Separator(V-116001) with water. 2. After filling up the HP Separator drain out this water. 3. Again fill up the separator with water and pressurized it with nitrogen up to 7 bar(kg-f/cm 2 ). 4. Check the functioning, opening & closing of control valves and all instruments properly. 5. Do loop check of instruments.
