The company was founded in 1994 as a busi-ness consultancy for management and organi-sation. Soon, we recognised the importance of co-operations especially for small and medium sized companies to keep track with the speed of technical improvements and to open new mar-kets. For our customers in the chemical industry, high quality in organisation is a key point. After careful consideration of the cost structures, their major reduction is possible through opti-misation of the technical processes.This led us to extend our activities with chemi-cal engineering and market studies. In addi-tion, we are able to deliver turnkey equipment.

We consider as basis for our success the satis-faction of our clients and of our employees. We do everything possible to meet the wishes of our customers. Our capacity strength bases on our extensive knowledge and on the work of our team, which is of outstanding service, ut-most quality and reliability. We see it as a challenge to cope with new economic and tech-nical demands.

We are a team of four, i.e., two che-mical engineers, one electrical engi-neer and one office administrator.

Our staff has many years of experi-ence in industry and consultancy. We know what is feasible or not. We do not stick to the conventional solution.

We offer intelligent ideas and solu-tions and we take care of their exe-cution at a very competitive price. We do not go the easy way.

We about us - a short profile

Dr. Ferdinand R. Reif: PhD 1990 at the Institute of Mechanical Processing of the University of Karlsruhe. Diploma 1985 after studies of chemical engineering at Karlsruhe, London, Vancouver with focus on chemical and thermal processing. Publications in the fields of solid-liquid separation and heat transfer. Representative for waste and for water protection, certifying environmental and TQM auditor. Many years of experience in the operation and planning of chemical plants as well as in the development and optimisation of chemical processes. Conduction of the basic and detail engineering, cost calculation, selection of appa-ratus, and the start-up. Inventor of various patents.Several years experience in the placement of joint ventures and in the realisation of marketing and feasibility studies.

Dipl.-Ing. Mozghan Doustdar: Diploma 1992 after studies of electrical engineering at the University of Karlsruhe, focusing on measurement and control. Courses and seminars in the field of environmental management/eco-audit regula-tion, TQM/EFQM. Certificate as quality manager and as occupational health and safety management representative of the DGQ (German Society of Quality).Since 1992 active in the quality assurance and management, in the control of inspection, measuring and test equipment, management organisation, and work flow optimisation for chemical and manufacturing industries as well as for trade. Provision of technical documentation, application of statistical methods according to QS 9000, computer aided process optimisation and selection of suitable software tools.Sworn interpreter and translator for Persian.

Dipl.-Ing. (FH) Anja Bales: Diplom in 1994, after studies of chemical and environmental engi-neering at the Polytechnics in Offenburg.Responsible for the development of databases, provision of individual QM software, selection of software tools, computer aided process op-timisation by well-selected employment of data bases, provision of technical documentation, application of statistical methods according to QS 9000, data bank searches and market studies.

From the south and south-west (Motorway A8, A5)Exit the A5 at Karlsruhe-Durlach, direction Durlach. After about 300m, stay on the right, di-rection Grötzingen/Bretten. Follow the B10 to Berghausen. In Berghausen turn left for the B293 to Bretten/Jöhlingen. About 7km after Jöhlingen, turn right onto the B293/B35, direc-tion Eppingen/Heilbronn. After about 3km, fol-low the B293 direction Gölshausen. At Zaisen-hausen, leave the B293 and turn left (K3511), direction Sulzfeld. In the centre of Sulzfeld, take a left turn again (K3512) direc-tion Mühlbach.

From other directionsExit the motorway A6 at Steinsfurt, direction Eppingen, and follow the L592 (Reihen, Ittlingen, Richen). About 4km after Richen, en-ter the B293, direction Karlsruhe. Leave the B293 at Eppingen-West, direction Mühlbach. At the T-junction, turn right onto the K2149 to-wards Mühlbach.
