Opened in October 1976, CHEIA Satellite Communication Center, fromPrahova region, Romania, is the largest teleport in Central and South-easternEurope.

Located in a unique natural environment in the country due to themountainous relief that surrounds it, ensuring in this way an environmentfree of electromagnetic radiation, CHEIA Satellite Communication Center hashis own 7 ground stations in C and Ku-Band, through which RADIOCOM isable to provide data & voice connections as well as video & audiobroadcasting anywhere in the world.

Through the digital radio broadcasting platform, RADIOCOM offers thesatellite broadcasting services for radio channels so as to be received andterrestrial broadcasted via radio broadcasting transmitters from isolatedplaces in terms of communications, without microwave radio relay ormodulation telephone lines, or in remote places, anywhere in the world.
