HOT TORTILLA SOUPVegetable Broth1 Carrot1 Celery 1/4 Red Bell Pepper1 Roma Tomato2z Red Cabbage3 Cups water (hot or cold)1 Clove GarlicHandful CilantroSlice Pepper Jack Cheese or Jalapeño (optional)Onion - 1 green onion or slice of onion1 Bouillon cube or Better then Bouillon1 Tablespoon Southwest Spices (www.blenditup.com)** Start the machine on low, walk it up, and then take it to high or use Hot Soup preset....takes about 6-10 to boil**

CHUNK IT UP ...... turn the machine down on low (Variable 1) or use the pulse Grab your left overs and put them in.Options:Beans, Zucchini, Corn, Rice, Quinoa, Rotisserie Chicken, or cooked meats, tortilla chips etc.....

BAKE-LESS BROWNIE BITES 3 Handful Almonds or nuts of choice1 Handful Raisins1 Handful Dark Chocolate/Cacao Nibs3-4 Spinach leaves** Best results when prepared in the Mini Dry Container **

Start the machine on low, walk it up, and then take the tamper to all four corners of the container slowly.... as the ingredients begin to get gooey you can speed up this process. Turn container over and firmly dump brownie bites onto counter.
