There are two types of webinars:
Train the Trainer MCV Webinar
Purpose To introduce tools for the MCV rollout process
To provide theological context and discussion for each component of the rollout
Audience Mission leaders and Ambassadors Anyone the RHM Mission leader chooses to engage/invite
Schedule Every other month beginning January 2014
Every other month beginning February 2014
Frequency Twice a month (the same webinar is repeated, only attend one)
Once a month
Both webinars will be recorded if the schedule is incompatible with the intended audience.
Duration One hour 30 minutes, with the expectation that an RHM facilitator (i.e. a Mission leader or Ambassador) facilitates an additional 30 minutes of discussion on the topic.

This Exercise• The facilitator (or participant) reads the Good Samaritan Scripture
reading twice out loud. • Then participants are asked to silently reflect on several questions
which connect the Scripture reading to our Mission Statement.• The exercise concludes with group sharing.

The specifics of the Mission Statement / Core Values rollout within an RHM are dependent upon the leadership and decisions of the RHM Mission leader(s). The tools presented here are options for the RHM to use.
In March, an evaluation will be distributed to the Mission leaders to measure the helpfulness of these tools.
