2. ln case of late declaration of result for no fault of the candidate(s), no late fee shall be charged up to 15 days

from the date of declaration of result. Thereafter, late fee will be charged as mentioned at Sr. No. 6'

The syllabus for the improvement candidates will be the same as meant for the regular candidates'

tf the number of teaching days falls less than 180 days (in case of B,Ed. Gen./Spl. course 200 days) in the

academic session 2018-19 due to some unforeseen reasons, it shall be the responsibility of each teacher to

complete the syllabus by taking extra classes.

ln the event, if holiday(s)/declared holiday(s), the next working day will be deemed to be the last date.

*As per decision of the Academic Council in its meeting held on 05,05.2015, it is hereby notified for

information to all concerned that Examination Form(s)/List of the students of Fresh/Re-

appear/improvement cases of the University students, after the stipulated- time-period, as notified by the

Conduct Branch for relevant University examinations, will be accepted as under:,,A Late fee of Rs. 1,500/- + usual Exam Fee will be charged from the students who submits duly

filled Examination Form 15 days before of the commencement of the examinations. The students

who submits dulV filled Examination Form 02 days before the commencement of examination

shall be allowed with the permission of the Hon'ble Vice-Chancellor with the penalty of Rs. 100/-

per day, in addition to late fee Rs.1,500/- + usual Exam Fee. Thereafter, Examination Form/List of

B,A./B.Sc. (Four Year lntegrated Course): Examination Schedule will be as per the University Calendar forB.A./B.Sc. Programme. The Colleges running these lntegrated Programme will be responsible for ensuing

minimum required days of teaching during the session.

As per Ordinance, after one has availed of two chances to clear the reappear paper(s) of a particularsemester of the B. Tech. Engg. Course, for every chance to be availed of subsequently during the entireduration of 8 years of the course, an additional fee of Rs. 500/- will be charged in addition to usual fee/latefee. Students of 7th and 8th semesters may be allowed to re-appear both in the odd and the even semester

examinations simultaneously in December/anuary and May/une within the maximum duration of the

course on payment of an additional feeof Rs. 3000/- in addition to usual fee/late fee.

The Chairpersons/Principals concerned may submit examination fee along with list of thestudents/examination forms in the Results Branch within 03 (Three working days) after last date as

mentioned in the Schedule.
