Château La Mérienne, Cavalière

La Mérienne is a privately owned Château that has the advantage of being located near to the beach while at the same time providing spacious, comfortable and tranquil accommodation.

Furnished to the very highest standard and fully air conditioned, the Château will accommodate 16 guests in eight bedrooms. It has 4 large master bedrooms each with their own dressing room, marble bathroom including bath for two, Roman Rain Shower and Italian cascade taps, seating areas with Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs and iPod docking stations, 4 further bedrooms with en-suite facilities, a dining room to seat 20 guests and 2 large receptions rooms, one equipped with full Sky, Wi-Fi, DVD library, X-Box 360 Kinnect and the other more tranquil with library. A variety of gym equipment (including Power-Plate and Running machine) is available for guests.

In front of the Château is a 200 sq metre terrace with dining tables for 25 or more, barbeque, sun loungers and Maharajah swing bed. Set in over a hectare of land, the Château also has a large Eco swimming pool with filtered water.

The Château is fully staffed including a Château Manager, Chef and housekeeper. Rental includes daily breakfast and lunch or dinner six days a week. Chauffeur, Car and Boat Services are also available.

To make your stay as easy as possible, our Château Manager will handle all reservations required from the local beach clubs and restaurants such as the acclaimed Bistr’eau Ryon and Tamaris at St. Clair to St Tropez’s favorites’ - Club 55, Nikki beach, and night spots such as the Caves du Roy, and V.I.P. while arranging suitable transport as necessary.

LocationThe Château is 900 metres from Cavalière Beach and its numerous restaurants, bars and shops and 4kms from Plage de Saint-Clair, France’s best beach as declared by the French Tourist Authority.

St Tropez town and St Tropez Pampalonne beaches are 30 to 45 minutes by car or boat depending on the time of day. The golden islands of Porquerolles, Levant and Port Crau are 30 to 45 minutes by boat. Le Lavandou town is 5 kms to the West.

DirectionsBy car the Château is 20 minutes from St Tropez Private airfield, 1hr 30 minutes from Nice and Marseille airports, 25 minutes from Toulon-St Tropez airport (Ryanair). Helicopter shuttle is also easily arranged from the major airports.
