Charter Spectrum ™ TV Install Instructions Let’s Get Started! A. Turn on your TV and press using the Charter remote. B. Press and hold until blinks twice. C. Press 9, 9, 1 ( will blink twice). D. Press 1 ( will blink twice). E. Press and release until your TV turns off* ( will blink each time is pressed). F.
