AFP’s MISSION

– 1 member and alternate elected for each of the 12 districts

– 4 ex-officio members– 2 COD Chair appointees

• Role of COD– Evaluates all nominees for the AFP Board– Creates slate of District and At-large Directors to be

elected by the members
