What to Expect From OrientationWhat to Expect From Orientation

Companies provide orientation for new employees.

Orientation introduces you to a company and explains the company’s policies and procedures.




At a smaller company, your supervisor may meet with you and give you the information you need.

Your supervisor is the person who assigns, checks, and evaluates your work.
