Form ConceptsForm Concepts

• Creating your own forms eliminates the need for preprinted forms– requires less storage space

• A form is created as a template document that contains Fill-in fields– a table can be useful when creating a form

• Three steps to creating a form:– create a form document based on a template

and build the structure of the form– insert form fields where information is to be
