3 Types of Powers

Congress only has those powers delegated it by the constitution

Powers given to congress in 3 manners: Read Part A. Expressed

Explicitly; direct wording B. Implied

Reasonably deduced from expressed powers C. Inherent

Strict vs. Liberal
