3 Floors housing all IRCAD training related facilities - Admin. Office, Animals rooms, AV offices, Supply storage rooms... etc.

1 auditorium with 120 seating capacity - larger table for writing notes clearance between two chairs will be increased by 5cm

One lab with 20 operation table in which 2 tables are positioned in a VIP room - space between the table will be increase by 50 cm

Separate rooms between guest and staff. Room size for guest will be larger with flexibility to quickly change portions of space from Female to Male usage or vice

4 small rooms with capacity of 8 seats and 1 larger room with a capacity of 18 seats.

5 temp. offices for visiting Lecturers/experts

‧ Allowance for future expansion‧ Experimental labs should have a centralized gas system‧ Hanging surgical light + apparatus weights about 350 kg per unit.‧ Space should be allocated for surgical instrutment table + Life support apparatus to move around op table and staff to pass by with cart etc.‧ Allow for vistors to view the op room from outside.
