CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW?

Log into SIS Go to your Faculty Center Click on the grade roster icon next to the class

you wish to change a student’s grade

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW?

Click on the “expand” icon:

Click on the “change grade” box next to the student’s name for which you wish to change the grade:

Select the reason for the grade change: If changing a grade of “incomplete” to a letter

grade, select “incomplete” as the reason.” Selecting “other” will require the instructor to

submit an explanation.

CHANGING GRADES IN SIS – HOW?

Click “save.”

A confirmation message will be received.

Approved:The instructor and the student will receive emails when the change is made.

Denied:Instructor will receive an email with an explanation as to why the change was not approved.
