considered that the continued inclusion of the site would result in a lack

of clarity by virtue of its scale and realistic potential to accommodate a

market housing scheme of 5 or more dwellings. In this regard its

inclusion as an unallocated site (white land) would impact un duly on

the certainty of the Plan contributing to potential over provision of

residential development.
