The Chamber Music Society, in partnership with the Clifton Center, will present one of the most exciting and innovative ensembles in chamber music, Brooklyn Rider. Hailed as “the future of chamber music” (Strings), Brooklyn Rider offers eclectic repertoire in gripping performances that continue to attract legions of fans and draw rave reviews. NPR credits Brooklyn Rider with “recreating the 300-year-old form of string quartet as a vital and creative 21st-century ensemble.”The Brooklyn Rider program will consist of selections from the classical string repertoire, as well as contemporary works from the Brooklyn Rider Almanac.
