What’s going on?
The SolutionHave an idea or a dream…now what?
How will I pull it off? Where will I get the capital for it?
Our vision presents the creation of a new institution( even if only online), that will provide the youth with education, means of financing their own ideal jobs, higher youth employment and all-in-all a better future!
NeoFuture

EducateEvery Student becomes a Mentor
The chart shows if one Mentor takes only 5 Students, imagine what it would look like if he could take 10…
The period in which the student is able to become a mentor, is the time in which the students gets employed or creates his own business. That would take about 3 months.
EducateIf we continue, that one period in which a student becomes a mentor lasts 3 months, we have 4 stages in one year. Since this is a global project, we are suggesting starting with 500 initial Mentors and each Mentor taking in 5 students:Stage Number of
Students helped and Mentors created
Stage 1 2.500Stage 2 12.500Stage 3 62.500Stage 4 312.500
Starting with 500 initial mentors globally, we could help 312.500 members of the youth create their own brighter future. And that is in the first year alone.
To sum it all up:Step 1: Educate Step 2: Connect Step 3: Succeed
Educate the youth trough the mentorship program of those who have already faced problems and solved them successfully
Connect with companies, other students or investors to develop and launch your own company or get on the right track towards the right employment
Get the right job for the right person and create a better future by letting youth help the youth!
Outcome- Students get a helping hand and increase their chances of employment or self-employment-Hours spent on the solution: setting up the first website, finding the first generation of mentors and informing the youth about the new option(about 20-40 work hours)-Young people engaged and unemployed helped: on the global scale we could reach over 500.000 of the youth in the first year alone and than exponentially more in the next years.
