Programs are mostly for mangers and people who are experienced in business practice.No programs focusing on young, educated, motivated people, who are showing a huge potential thru innovative solutions of every day problems.

Our proposal includes a emphasis on education programs for this group of people, in a geographically limited area of South East Europe (SEE).

Innovative program for newcommers - recent graduated future managers, who have the necessary knowledge and new ideas.

Project proposalEconomical crisis and global warming: Were today’s business leaders ever able to do their job?”

3 fazes of development: 2.Creating a curriculum program with the strong emphasis on developing new business leaders from the university graduates.3.Seminars in partnership with local Universities with the aim of collecting and training potential new bossiness leaders of tomorrow and implementing the new curriculum program on them. 4.Starting Business start-up centers in SEE region with the local partner, on strong green business focus.

Generation of environment aware people is razing with the new term “green business.”

Proposal is for IEDC Bled School of management to gate on board the “green train” !

Aim of the program

Developing a new business model on the basis of previous experience;

Training and equipping new business leaders of tomorrow in the SEE region;

Developing and addressing the sustainability through business start up centers;

Developing a working model that can be implemented on other regions;

Developing and environmental conscience in the SEE region.

Activities

Activity 1: Creating a curriculum program;

Activity 2: Fundraising and identifying potential institutions for financial cooperation;

Activity 3: Creating a cooperation with local universities in the SEE region;

Activity 4: Organizing the three month program in cooperation with the local partners;

Activity 5: Finalization and assessment of project results;

Activity 6: Administration of the project;

Activity 7: Development of future business model.

Activities

The proposal is followed by the concrete plan of activities and proposed initial budget.

Our consulting team is ready to elaborate and prepare the project in details if this idea is recognized and accepted by the IEDC’s management.
