  • 1. THE PROBLEMGlobal Investment in hydrogrowing research.Development of Self-efficient floating hydroponic plantations.PROPOSEDAn idea by Zeev TrembovlerSOLUTION Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel

2. THE PROBLEMWith our enthusiasm for progress and luxurywere irresponsibly turn a blind eyetowards the consequences of our actions 3. MORE SPECIFICLY:THE PROBLEMAccelerated rate of human reproductionMore humans mean more demand for food and moreaggravated urbanization.-outcome less lands for agriculture.Land deterioration Due to toxic waste, polluted water, soil erosion, over fertilization and desert spread.- outcome THE POINT IS agricultural landresources are decreasingWe face a scenario in which in the near future in certain parts of the worldthere will be virtually no sufficient accessible lands for agriculture 4. THE FUTURE OF UNDERWATER GROWINGthe future of underwater growing PROPOSED SOLUTIONthe thesis -we should put much effort into research and development of cultivating agriculturalproducts underwater or hydroponically to create a new source of growable food. Benefits : 5. AN INNOVATIVE IDEA Self-efficient fully automated hydroponic all-purpose floating plantationBenefits :PROPOSEDSOLUTION 6. The Raft will solely and efficiently produce all its energy demands by combining 3 different sources of green energy and a specially designed zeppelin PROPOSED SOLUTIONWind turbines A Zeppelin levitating abovethe raft catching high windsand collecting solar energyHydro underwaterSolar panelsturbines following thesun movement 7. The raft will have a water desalinization system and all the growingwill be made hydroponicallyPROPOSEDHydroponics is a method of growing plants using mineralSOLUTIONnutrient solutions, in water, without soil.Water desalinated in order to convert salt water tofresh water so it is suitable for human consumptionor irrigation. 8. POSITIVE POSSIBLE OUTCOMES OF FULL IMPLEMENTATION OF THE IDEA PROPOSED SOLUTION 9. Another possible solution to allthe problems PEACE & LOVE
