Poles meet International Standards (BS EN) for heavy duty Mild Steel Hot Dip Galvanized light Poles with an appropriate thickness that can withstand very hot and humid climate. The Galvanized Poles are protected against corrosion and its durability ranges even over 25 years.

Poles are designed to meet maximum loading using Bracket Configuration to with stand a wind speed of 160 km/hr.

Street Light Poles are installed at many locations in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Design load and calculation are based on BS En 40 Series meeting Dead loads.

Traffic Poles are used to carrythe Traffic Signal lights. It consists of a vertical column and cantilever beam with varied length as per number of carriage ways.

cantilever beams those are made below 12 metre are made of one segment, and above 12 metre are of two segments. Shapes of octagonal & polygonal are commonly used.

Design loads and calculations are based on BS EN 40 series .The nominal height 8.5 metre with a design wind speed is 160 km/hr. Design calculations are set to make sure all the standards are maintained. These very functional design poles are strong enough to support a variety of signal head and traffic sign combinations at length of more than 19.5 metre. We offer a wide sizes of cantilever poles.

Safety Fences Products are manufactured by using the latest technique of continuous forming systems. The corrugated safety guard rails are the most widely used type of guard rails to reduce life risks / damages on road accidents.

HIGH WAY SAFETY FENCES

TCB Absorbs impact by deflecting as a whole and helps the vehicle to decelerate, and at the same time guide it back towards the carriageway in a gradual and controlled manner. Tensioned Corrugated beam is normaly not used on curves with raduis less than 120m.• There is no maximum installation length for TCB, but the approch/departure end, must be anchored at ground level with heavy duty End Posts or to full height anchors.• The Tensioner units consist of two M24 Bolts installed in special steel brackets fitted in to the rear corrugations of the main beam elements. • This tensioning kit units are located at 70M intervals along the length of the Barrier.

High Way Safety Fences - UCB

Untensioned Corrugated Safety Fence (UCB) Used in low Speed Situations mainly on slip roads and roundabouts for protecting at werges as they can be used on sharper curves than the tensioned safety fences. Un tensioned Corrugated fence has been used for road bends where the radius is tighter than usual. Un tensioned corrugated systems do not use tensioning devices which means that they can follow smaller radius curves in the road layout.

Open Box Beam Safety Fences

Open Box Beam is also suitable for use at the road edge or in the central reservation of motorways or high speed roads. The strength of the fence lies in the section of the rails, which are normally supplied in 4.8m and 2.4m lengths. These are connected together by fishplates which match the profile of the rail and fixed inside, bridging adjoining beams.

There is no limitation on the length of run which can be installed, but both ends should be anchored at ground level to strong SHS posts, or to full height anchor frames.

Due to the rigid nature of OBB some allowance must be made for the effects of temperature change, therefore a special expansion assembly must be fitted every 100m.

Heavier duty ‘Z’ section posts are used for mounting OBB in double height format (DROBB), where a potential hazard exsits for vehicles which requires high containment level.

Bridge Parapets are designed to provide High level of Containment that limit penetration of errant vehicles & redirecting vehicles on to a path as close as possible to the parpet. It is a four rail system having different cross section, the main advantage of this parapet is that there is protection for both High containment Vehicle as well as low containment vehicles, the bottom level of the rail is connected to a special type of spacer & corrugated beam so to provide protection of two wheeler vehicle also, this product is one of a kind in the history of parapet design.

Fire Rated Steel Door

Fire doors are designed to be fully flush without any joints or welding marks on the surface of the door. The fire rated steel door come in single leaf, double leaf and triple leaf. Steel reinforcement is provided for structural stability and integrity.

Doors & frames are designed to withstand for the most demanding environment.These fire doors are un insulated in nature. To increase the insulation, infill will be added. This will also increase the acoustic capability of the door.

Fire Doors are designed to withstand 2 hour fire rating. Installed in compartments to separate different zones. Areas which usually use steel doors are substations, shopping complexes, offices and factories. These doors are being tested and approved by world-renowned fire testing laboratory.

Door FramesThe fire steel door frames are constructed from 2mm & 3mm galvanizing steel plates. All frame assembly have mitered joint and butted assembly, our frames are supplied in knock down form for easy assembling at site. The standard frame profile will be single & double Rebate welded frames supplied on special request.

These steel Doors & Frames are manufactured by advanced technology using most modern Computerized Machines.

Door LeavesSingle and double leaf fire doors are manufactured from minimum 1.5mm & 2mm thick galvanized steel plates. These are then finished by Powder coating.

The Galvanizing Plant constructed in 100 mtr long 20 mtr wide factory area dedicated for Hot Dip Galvanizing with six Pre-treatment Tanks of 12 mtr long x 1.5 mtr wide x 2.9 mtr deep, 1no. quenching tank of 12 mtr long x 1.5 mtr wide x 2.9 mtr deep and 1no. Passivation Tank (Di-chromate) of 12 mtr long x 1.5 mtr wide x 2.9 mtr deep.

TWIN HOT-DIP GALVANIZING KETTLE of 12.5 mtr long x 1.5 mtr wide x 2.5 mtr deep Size and 6 mtr Long x 1.2 mtr wide x 2 mtr deep size.

GALVANIZING PROCESS :

• Degreasing • Pickling with HCL acid• Rinsing• Fluxing• Drying• Hot dip galvanizing• Quenching (Cooling)• Passivation (Di - Chromate) optional.

Hot dip galvanizing is according to the international standard of BS EN ISO 1461 (Old version BS729), which is essential for a good quality hot dip galvanized product.

Cathodic protection is exactly what hot dip galvanizing provides to the steel that is coated with Zinc which increase the life and reduces its maintenance.

The hot dip galvanized coating uniquely provides both barrier and cathodic protection to the steel. Galvanizing protection is superior to other barrier coatings, such as fusion bonded epoxy (FBE), in the formation of a permanent bond with the steel. The molten zinc interlocks with the steel forming zinc-iron layers and creating a true metallurgical bond. Other barrier coatings rely on surface adhesion of the coating material to the steel.

Zinc has a higher electro-potential than steel. The zinc actually migrates to bare areas, such as scratches or drill holes to provide corrosion protection. The zinc protects the base steel from corrosion. The malleable outer zinc layer of the coating provides good impact resistance to the galvanized coating. The hardness of the zinc-iron alloy layer is actually greater than the base steel and provides exceptional resistance to coating damage due to handling.

Coating Thickness Test : To Check the Thickness of Zinc Coating with use of Electro Physik Coating thickness gauge.

The Post for H1 safety Barrier was Push - Pull Tested at Lab to achieve the target Load of 80kN.

Result was achieved by graphical plot of time vs deformation.
