Masdar CityDuring the early development phase of Masdar City, CH2M HILL provided support and technical expertise, particularly in the areas of utilities, technology planning, program controls and sustainability leadership.

Panama Canal Expansion Program As the program manager for this 7-year expansion program, CH2M HILL is working closely with the Panama Canal Authority for the addition of a third set of locks which will double the canal’s capacity to approximately 16,000 vessels per year when completed in 2014. CH2M HILL’s experience in China dates back to 1915 when CH2M HILL’s Lockwood Greene was involved in the design and construction of a textile mill in Tianjin.

In 2006, CH2M HILL Constructors (Shanghai) Company Limited was granted the General Constructor’s license in China which allows us to offer clients a wide range of services. This licensing places us among a select number of foreign firms able to help multinational clients expand into the Chinese market.

In 2011 CH2M HILL acquired Halcrow, a global consultancy group delivering planning, design and management services for infrastructure and buildings worldwide. Together we are stronger than ever and better positioned to serve the needs of a changing world - providing construction, operations and maintenance of the built environment with an eye for protection and enhancement of the natural environment.
