The Graduate Scheme

The Graduate Scheme will be tailor made to suit each individual to achieve a development programmed that enables you to develop your career, whilst building on your knowledge and skills by working with our team of leading industry professionals and high profile clients.Our 3 year training programme enables you to work on a 1 year rotation of the Group companies. You will get hands-on experience and take responsibility in a live project environment across all sectors in order to provide you with a strong foundation for your future career.

Our structured programme consists of the following:• Competitive salaries• 25 days holiday per year• Induction to business, structure and culture• 12 modules to choose from with the option of

spending 3-6 months on each• Development record and dedicated supervisor to

guide you through your programme along with a mentor on each of the modules
