The Auxiliary is the uniformed, non-military arm of the U.S. Coast Guard, and is looking for new members to help spread its safe boating message.
“We‛re not the people that give you tickets, we‛re the people who are here to help and hopefully keep the public safe”, says Commander, Dane Hahn. Interested volunteers can work in areas including boat operations or aircrew, instructors, environmental safety, member training, vessel examiners, public affairs, radio watch standers, information services and more.
