     Installation Site

    To ensure utmost safety and prevent possible malfunctions of the copier, inmeets the following requirements.

    = Locate the Copier in a Well Ventilated Room =

     A negligible amount of ozone is generated during normal operation of t

    2. Precautions for Use

    Storage of Copies

    • If copies are to be kept for a long time, keep them in places which are notprevent fading.

    • If an adhesive containing solvent (e.g., spray glue) is used to paste copies,

    can melt.

    • The color copies have a toner layer thicker than the normal black-and-whi

    copy is folded, therefore, the toner at the fold can be separated.

    This copier is equipped with a counterfeit preventive function that can ca

    copy image.

     NOTE

    By activating the "Copy Track Functions" offered by this copier, nobody

    he or she enters an access number that’s unique only to his/her account.

    It helps prevent dishonest use of the copier.

    When you turn the copier ON, the Basic screen as shown below appears on

    Slide the level towards the Lighter side if you don’t want the data on t

    Each of the Sort Bins holds up to 25 sheets of paper. The Auto Dual Func

    sorting of copies of up to 50 originals under certain conditions.

    When less than 5 copies are made from an original set, consisting of mo

    the Sort Mode, the Sorter or the Staple Sorter is automatically switched

    Function Mode using the 6th to 10th Bins.

    leading edge, 5 mm on the trailing
