The CPO certification program requires an open book written examination. About the Instructor: Terry Munoz Terry is a 31 year veteran of the Outdoor Hospitality Industry in Property Management. He has over 26 years of experience as a Certified Pool Operator and has been a CPO instructor since 2000. He has over 27 years of experience as a trainer in Customer Service and Team Building. Terry is also a regular speaker/trainer at the annual ARVC Outdoor Hospitality Conference and Expo.
