702 Marshall street was built between 1912 and 1915 and is a prairie style two-story single family home. Three additions appear to be not original: 1 – a 2nd story extension above the front porch with aluminum windows 2 – a 2nd story extension above the side porch with aluminum windows 3 – glass brick windows on the back exterior. As part of this restoration project we plan to:
- Replace the aluminum windows in the side porch with vinyl windows that match the style and light pattern of the original windows
- Replace the glass brick windows with vinyl windows that match the style and light pattern of the original windows. This restoration will coincide with a change in the 2nd floor layout (interior renovation) that relocates the master bathroom, adds a closet, and defines an additional bedroom. Please see photos, elevations, plans and rendering attached.

GENERAL NOTES
1. Codes. All work shall be performed in
accordance with these plans and specifications
and comply with all applicable national, state and
local building codes. It is the responsibility of the
contractor to insure compliance with said codes.
2. Installation. All materials, supplies and
equipment shall be installed per manufacturers
recommendations and per applicable codes and
requirements.
3. Material Storage. Materials stored on site shall
be protected from damage by moisture, wind,
sun, abuse or any other harmful affects.
4. Safety. The general contractor is responsible
