Simplicity, Choice & Flexibility Cerner offers a complete set of benefits to address your physical, financial and emotional health. At Cern-er, we believe the foundation for a successful career starts with a variety of options that meet your needs while supporting a healthy lifestyle.
Eligibility for Cerner Benefits will vary by benefit. Generally, most associates will be
eligible for benefits. If a benefit provides coverage for a dependent, the eligible de-
pendents will generally include your spouse and eligible children.

Cerner supports and encourages healthy lifestyles through what we call Healthe at Cerner, our coordinated programs and services around health and wellness designed for you and your family members. Healthe at Cerner lets you take an active role in managing and achieving your health and wellness goals; it is our mission to empower associates and their families to obtain their optimal level of health.

About Healthe at Cerner
As a consumer of health care, you have the right to information, quality care, expedited reimburse-ment and increased convenience. You and your family should feel empowered and have the tools to actively manage all aspects of your health + care.
Healthe at Cerner sets new standards for consumer-driven health care. By accessing the tools and participating in programs Healthe at Cerner offers, you will create and enhance the connections you need to make the best health care choices for you and your family.
Health Care
Cerner México has partnered with Group Nacional Provincial (GNP) to provide associates with medi-cal coverage. GNP is one of Mexico largest medical insurance company who’s mission is to meet the needs of health services of Mexican society.
Premium will be paid by Cerner for the associate, spouse and eligible children, and the coverage begins on your first day of employment. Additional cost applies for associates towards deductible and co-insurance where applicable.
Health Club Reimbursement
Cerner encourages healthy lifestyles and offers a health club reimbursement program for athletic club membership dues at approved facilities. Associates may be reimbursed for 50% of monthly fees up to an annual maximum of 9,000 MXN.

Savings Fund
Cerner offers a voluntary Savings Fund to support the financial well being of associ-
ates and their families. The savings fund plan year is 1 December through 30 Novem-
ber, and associates may access the funds twice a year at 30 June and 30 November.

Participating associates receive the following contributions subject to a cap of 1.3 times minimum monthly wage: Associate contribution at 13% base salary Cerner will match the associate contribution at 100%

Cerner provides a comprehensive set of absence policies to allow associates the ability to bal-ance personal and work needs.
Paid maternity leave for up to 12 weeks Paid paternity leave for up to 5 days
Life Insurance and AD&D Provided by Group Nacional Provincial (GNP) Premium paid by Cerner Latest monthly salary paid in case of natural death for a length of 24 months Latest monthly salary paid in case of accidental death for a length of 48 months

Vacation
As a Cerner associate, annual leave time is provided to you each year to allow you to take time off from work regularly, with pay, for rest, relaxation, and other personal time. Associates are eligible for annual leave determined by length of Cerner service and level.

Cerner associates are also eligible for vacation premiums based on length of service.
Additional Benefits
Employee Assistance Program Cerner has contracted with New Directions Behavioral Health and Cerner HealthPlan Services to provide Cerner with an Associate Assistance Program (EAP). New Directions provides pre-paid counseling services by licensed counselors. Associates and/or their family may access this service via telephone. Service is available on a variety of topics (i.e. work, family, personal). New Directions’ specialists provide assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days per year to participants.

Holiday
Cerner recognizes 14 public holidays per year when the offices will officially be closed.
Illness
Time off for illness is based on your personal needs; if you are sick, you should stay home from
work until you are well enough to return to work. Cerner also offers disability benefits for all eligible
associates:
