● 內置熄火安全監控裝置，安全可靠，若火種熄滅，主氣會在3秒內自動截斷；若鼓風機發生故障，主氣亦會於5秒內自動截斷

● 配備止回閥裝置，以避免因氣體逆流而發生爆炸。檯面配置隔熱層有效降低表面溫度

● 爐膛配一體式耐火磚，有效隔熱 ● 清潔衛生，#304不銹鋼外殼，符合食物安全標準及確保高抗蝕性以提昇產品耐用度

● 配備電子點火裝置，方便操作 ● 可拆卸煙囪擋背方便運輸及安裝

● Equipped with non-return valve to prevent reverse flow of gas for safety ● Water saving design with insulated cooktop to prevent overheat ● Burner chamber with one-piece molded firebrick for heat resistance ● Top, sides, front panel with #304 stainless steel for hygiene and resistance to corrosion and oxidation

● Detachable splash back for easy transportation and installation
