Letter of Recommendation for Molly Klupfell To Whom It May Concern: From 2003 – 2005, Molly served as Acquisition Chair for Centrum’s largest annual fundraiser, the Gala Dinner and Auction. Through Molly’s leadership the auction proceeds jumped to a new level. In her first year, she brought in a remarkable 60% increase and a steady 10% rise annually through her tenure. Molly demonstrated leadership skills in organizing the group of volunteers into a focused, results-oriented team. She planned and executed a step-by-step process to enable their success. She gave encouragement and support including role-playing in how to ask for a donation, team meetings with Q & A sessions, and weekly email updates on progress. Molly contributed new ideas to the event and gave it a new energy. She introduced a new revenue stream – advertisements in the auction program guide. This enabled new businesses, non-retail, to be a part of the event to support Centrum and cut expenses in event production through their sponsorship. Molly is one of the most reliable volunteers I’ve worked with, she gets the job done correctly, is professional in her communications, creative in her marketing skills, and a very effective leader. She gets along well with everyone and inspires others to exceed their own expectations. I truly enjoyed working with her – she continuously surprised me with her preparedness and beyond-expectations project management. Molly’s talents and skills are adaptable to many types of situations and work. I would recommend her for anything she took on, knowing she is dependable, honest and powerful. The door will always be open for

Letter of Recommendation forMolly Klupfell

To Whom It May Concern:

From 2003 – 2005, Molly served as Acquisition Chair for Centrum’s largest annual fundraiser, the Gala Dinner and Auction.

The door will always be open for her to volunteer at Centrum, especially in a leadership role. Some volunteers end up being more work to train and keep on task. Molly is a dream-come-true in that one can let go completely and know the job will get done better than if you did it yourself. Anyone who hires her can count on a profound return on their investment.
