一、 Usage and Application Range

TLSB150 series centrifugal sand pump mainly supplies to solids control circulating system of oilfield drill rig,and be used to provide drilling liquid with a certain discharge capacity and pressure to desander and desilter to assure these equipments work efficiently.

This serious vertical sand pump can support 37kw,45kw,55kw motor as per difference requirement of drilling

rig. The drilling rig of 4000 M applies to 37/45 W vertical sand pump. For more than 4000M drilling rig,it applies

to 55kw vertical sand pump

二、 Main Structure ,Feature and Working Principle Its main parts are pump shell, impellers, bearing block, pump axle, bearing, shaft coupling,wearing plate, seal apparatus, oil seal, motor and base. The Series Centrifugal Sand Pump has these features: （1）open impeller,apply to transport high viscosity drilling liquid. （2）combination seal for a long service life and good sealing effect. （3）the tank surface inserts jar without suction manifold, installation is convenient. Working Principle :The prinple is that under the motor, the impellers of the pump rotate at high speed, the dring fluid is sucked into the suction pipe. After the drilling fluid flows through the suction pipe and gets enough energy and velocity under the centrifugal force, the drilling fluid is expelled continuously out of the pump.

四、Operation and Maintenance

1、

The pump should guarantee good lubrication in the operation process, each running 200 hours, or about 15 days added a grease;it should add grease when running 200 hours or



about 15 days.

2、Adding 3# lithium base grease by the oil gun from the nozzle

3、Pump surface will have a anticorrosive processing every year

五、Installation

1、The pump can directly insert into the drilling fluid tank beside the desander and desilter.

Its outlet pipe connects with the fluid inlet pipe of desander and desilter(6” hard pipeline

connection)

2、Motor cable must contain earth wire preventive electric leakage 3、！！！After installing , make sure the pump rotation direction is correct.！！！
