VIVERS CENTRE VERD, S.A.U was set up in 1.997. From the beginning, the company has a nursery for theproduction and commercialization of forest, ornamental and palm family plants. Its growth and adaptationto the present needs of the sector have derived in the availability of a strong nursery infrastructure that hasbecome a source of plant supply for other nurseries and for companies of the administration and privatesector.

The development of the company evolves diversifying its field of action towards the maintenance of greenareas and the comprehensive construction of green spaces. For that aim, it has an important materialdisplay, qualified technical personnel and a large specialized staff able to reach with the highestguarantees the best yield and result for his clients, being quality one of the enterprise principles.

For the development of its activity the company uses the necessary means belonging to each local office(Valencia, Castellón and Alicante) to act in any point of the Spanish geography.The headquarters are in Valencia, where is located the department of Engineering and Projects. The point ofstoring and supply of ornamental plants is in Bétera (Valencia), whereas the logistic center is located in Manisesand Castellón with an individual central warehouse in both from where the general material resources are

Today this is one of Valencia’s most noteworthy parksdue to its impact on the neighborhood and within thecity, as it houses spacious playgrounds, sports fieldsand shaded leisure areas, spacious lawns with palmtrees, pines and hardwoods, as well as a rose gardenand a large pond with a central island occupied byan architectural element representative of the park.

Vivers Centre Verd accepted the challenge of landscaping the mall,finalizing the project in April of 2002. This retail area is only 5 km fromValencia, in the town of Paterna, and is distributed over 42,367 m2 ofwhich approximately 4,000 m2 is green area.

The landscaping makes use of high quality ornamental species planted inhigh densities to configure the space immediately, resulting in aconsolidated area when the center was opened. The details are caredfor to offer visitors not only a place of leisure and fun but a pleasant placeto enjoy the outdoors.

Vivers Centre verd was involved in the concept, design and landscaping worksof the General Hospital’s car park. Studies on the influence of green areas on

Green Center accepts the challenge of designing and landscaping the roofof the parking area and perimeter areas by planting both in elevated flowerbeds and in planters of large dimensions over a surface area of 128 m2 as wellas 400 m2 of green spaces in the newly developed surroundings.The landscaping also includes the addition of an irrigation network anddrainage for both the flower beds and planters.

Cabecera Park was built between January 2003 and May 2005.Vivers Centre Verd intervened in the works supplying and plantinggreenery and installing the irrigation network. Its surface area isapproximately 162,200 m2. It is one of the most important parks in

The banks are planted withMediterranean forest plants including more than 4,145 trees,30,900 shrubs, and 72,700 ground cover plants.

The park includes facilities that enhance outdoor activitiesincluding a lake, an amphitheater and large recreational areasconnected by a network of roads under shadows cast by shadetrees and pines that can welcome visitors at any time of year.

Vivers Centre Verd was involved in the urban development of theNORTH sector of the Benicalap neighborhood in Valencia. Thisinvolved the formation of a total of 20,000 m2 of green areasdistributed throughout the area, and included the supply andplanting of 2,222 aligned trees, 1,300 trees in garden areas, and11,600 shrubs.The green areas are distributed throughout the development so thatall areas have a garden nearby. The green areas are proposed assmall residential gardens with sitting areas and playgrounds.

The project is relevant in that it gives this coastalarea accessible facilities including health posts,hygiene services, bike lanes and a large parkingarea, allowing the enjoyment of an integratedrecreational coastal area.Vivers Centre Verd has supplied, in collaboration

with the technical office DEVESA ALBUFERA (OTDA),native species characteristic of this coastal area. Todo so, it has made a horticultural productionplanning program implementation in line with theproject’s requirements.
