develop central plant optimization based on Stanford algorithm
– Forecast load (10 days look ahead)…weather data

• Boilers capacity (max) at operations ~ 75% of full capacity
• Boilers doesn’t have 10:1 turndown ratio
• Chiller surges at low load conditions (low refrigerant)
• Chiller operation & Free cooling switch over is not automatic
• Condensate water reset program was not installed
• Utility meters are not accurate
