CEI Enterprise ProgrammeCEI Enterprise Programme
• The CEI Business Advisory Service (BAS) supports micro and SM enterprises to improve their quality and competitiveness while increasing the capacity and competence of the local business consultancy industry. Each CEI BAS office in a CEI country (at present: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia) has a budget to provide grants to enterprises that use mainly local consultants.
• The CEI TurnAround Management Programme aims to strengthen the commercial and management capacity of potentially viable enterprises, including those that are newly or nearly privatised. TAM screens the enterprises to select those with the potential to be competitive in market economies (2 TAM projects in each of the following locations: Macedonia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Ukraine).
