Happy 2018 to all of our families, residents, staff and community partners. As a community, we have taken time to reflect on 2017 and can say it has been a great year of new memories as well as lessons learned. We made it through the hurricane with little to do damage, had some complications arise with our air conditioning systems but through it all, have remained dedicated towards providing care to our residents. Taking care of our residents and each other has remained a focus throughout our years of operation and we look forward to making new memories with you in 2018. Thank you to all those who were able to donate to our associate holiday fund, to our holiday party and for donating your time, compassion and appreciation for all that we do here everyday. We look forward to seeing all of you in the months to come and always welcome you to stop in and visit not only your loved ones, but any of our leadership team as well. Please feel free to reach out to anyone on our Leadership Team with any of your cares or concerns, Maria, a new evening Certified nursing assistant Lalita as well as a new dietary aide Britney. A recent change in leadership includes the appointing of Jill England as our new Community Relations Director. We bid Heather farewell at the beginning of December as she has decided to take her career down a different path. Jill joins us after several years in the Senior Healthcare industry, both in sales as well as in operations. Welcome Aboard Team! Many of you have come to know Denise, as she is our primary daytime nurse and has been with our organization just under one year. Denise has gone above and beyond, not only in providing care to our residents, but putting the needs of the community above all else. We appreciate Denise’s willingness to go above and beyond as well as providing for nursing coverage during the times she has been asked. Thank you Denise, you are appreciated!!!
