The Company SledgeHammer Oil Tools was established in the year 2006 by Mr. Pradeep Mohanty and is in the

business of manufacturing and supply of Oil Field Accessories and Cementing products including Centralizers,

Cementing plugs and Float equipment .

SledgeHammer is API 10D , 5CT , ISO 9001:2008, 14001 & 18001 (OHSAS) certified manufacturer of cementing

products.

SledgeHammer is the largest manufacturer of Centralizers and Float equipment in Asia and are the only company

in Asia who have the manufacturing facility for Bow Spring Centralizers & Solid Body Centralizers.

SledgeHammer Oil Tools is API 10 D, API 5CT,SONCAP ,ISO 9001 ,ISO14001 ,OHSAS 18001 and Russian Product (GOST) certified.

Our in-house testing facility is fully equipped with the most modern and updated testing equipments. We have an in-house Hydro pneumatic Back pressure testing cell (capacity up to 20000 psi). We have an in-house API RP 10F flow loop test cell. We have a testing cell as per API 10D and API TR5. We have got a complete testing facility for the Rubber parts. We have a Robotic Welding Plant and a Robotic Powder coating plant for maximum precision. The heat treatment furnace is digitally controlled. We have the capability of manufacturing the products in standard and non standard sizes. We manufacture both, solid body and bow spring centralizers and have the maximum number of designs

under a single roof as compared to any other manufacturer in the World. Having most of the manufacturing process in-house gives us an advantage which allows us to offer our

products at extremely competitive price. We have the threading capability for cutting of all API approved threads. We have strategic agreements with Premium Thread license holders for fulfilling our customer

requirements.
