Dooks is a beautiful links course in County Kerry set amid the blue waters of

Dingle Bay and surrounded by Slieve Mish, the Dingle Mountains and McGillyc-

Golf has been played in Dooks since 1889. It was introduced to the local aristoc-

racy by the officers from the Royal Artillery attending compulsory training at the

nearby Glenbeigh Artillery Range, and is one of the oldest golf links in Ireland.
